Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed for cross-platform compatibility, featuring dedicated layouts for both macOS and Windows. Each keyboard includes a physical toggle switch and extra keycaps for both systems.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is the warranty policy on Keychron products?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our keyboards. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or repair for any manufacturing issues related to the PCB or internal components.
Can I use Keychron keyboards in both wired and wireless modes?
Yes, most of our models feature dual-mode connectivity. You can connect up to 3 devices via Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless multitasking or use the included USB Type-C cable for a stable wired connection.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging; please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the switches on Keychron keyboards hot-swappable?
Hot-swappability depends on the specific version you purchase. We offer 'Hot-swappable' versions for most models, allowing you to change switches without soldering, while our 'Gateron' versions feature soldered switches.
